Even if the goals are not met you should not be discouraged, you must always see the positive side of it.
3. Know your needs
Taking care of yourself is the main important thing in life. If you take care of yourself you will be able to care for others. There are many people who live without their dreams and they end up frustrated and depressed. For that you should decide what you need in life and make sure they are met.
4. Know your passions
Enjoying life is not a crime. So go ahead and do what will give you enjoyment. The lack of enthusiasm and obstacles will on put you off. Give yourself time and get the enthusiasm in the job you are doing. Express yourself and honor people who inspire you to become the person you are and want to be.
5. Live from the inside out
Communicate with the nature. Reflect in yours silence and do breathing and relaxing your body and mind. Try doing meditation for few minutes daily, just sit in a clean and airy room and close your eyes and listen to the music you like. This will help you in getting your peace. Of course, in today’s life to find time for yourself is very difficult but try and do it for yourself.
6. Honor your strengths

Find out your positive and negative traits. The positive you can highlight and the negative ones try to curb them or turn them into your strengths. Find ways to express yourself through your strengths. This will increase your self esteem and you can share what you know with others.

7. Serve others
Share your knowledge and other thing with the fellow human beings. Share your talents with the people around you. The appreciation in the eye of stranger is a very rewarding for you and the sharing is always rewarding and you can be satisfied and will be appreciated by the community. Self-improvement is a hard work but in the end it will be worth it. The difference we make in the world by being ourselves can be a good thing and you will need to decide how much you want to change
