Stress is the main cause of all the diseases today. You can have high blood pressure, diabetes etc from the stress you keep within you here are some of the ways you can reduce stress from your life.
1) Very important try to find out why is the stress in your life. Most of the time people
just take stress because they have nothing else to do and they keep worrying over mundane
things which develops in stress.
2) Try to keep a diary and write down what causes the stress and how do you react the
situation. This will help you fight the stress level down.
3) The way you react to the stress should always be noted and compared and try not to
immediately response to that event which will help you give time to decide the course of
action.
4) Think calmly and search for the solutions for the same. Do not dwell too much in the
past and think of the future and way and means to deal with the future stressful events. Here you can develop your mind to react to the situation in a positive manner.
5) A positive approach in any situation will keep you from falling under and try to face the
situation with a cool mind. Keep your faith with you all the time.
6) Try to think of people more unfortunate than you. Take time to help the needy and
visit the people who are sick and give them the support, this will give you chance to forget
concentrate on other peoples problems.
7) The best way to get out a situation without losing your cool is to take a deep breath
for 5 to 6 times and relax. Also counting 1-100 helps.
Make your room beautiful by placing good pictures of a flowing water or any thing you
fancy which can make you feel relaxed. Also keep flowers in the room.
9) Practice Yoga with breathing exercises and meditation this helps in relaxing the mind.
Use aromatherapy.
10) Family and friends are the people whom you can trust and talk off all the problems
with them. The problem sharing is one way of getting out of the stressful situation. Visit
your friends talking will help you to offset the stress and you will feel rejuvenated.
11) Meet the people with a smile and make social visits and if possible go for trips with
the family and friends.
12) if you or your any of the family members or friends have any kids make time for them,
play with them.
13) maintain your routine and finish the work started as once the work is completed you
will feel on top of the world. This will ward off any stress in you.
14) Sleep well this will relax your body and mind, this will help you getting up in the
morning feeling relaxed and take a long bath with your favorite soap or shampoo.
15) The health problems if any need to be discussed with the doctor and pay heed to his
diagnosis and take medications on time if any.
16) Keep your home and the neighborhood clean to maintain good hygiene. Take walks with a friend or your partner this helps you relax and keep you healthy.
17) If interested listen to music this also help in reducing the stress level. Take up some hobby like reading or gardening to keep you occupied and relaxed.
18) If interested in some sports take time out to go out and play and if interested in pets
take time to spend with the pets.
19) Prepare your favorite food and enjoy it with family and friends. Eat right take lots
of fruits and vegetable in your diet.
20) Avoid drinking and smoking.
