The body parts need rest and sleep to repair all the cells which are damaged in the body. Like the stomach needs some rest in between meals? Therefore we need to rest our body and put it to sleep for a good and healthy living. If proper care is not taken of our body the body will rebel and can start giving you the trouble?
Even all the parts have individual work to do they work together and sometimes when the body is not tired, the people cannot sleep at night.
For a regular sleep you need a warm bath and a gentle body massage is required. You need to relax the nerves and muscles, for that you can try a little bit of Yoga exercises which can induce sleep. A glass of hot milk or cocoa can also help in resting your brain and gently put you to sleep. Most of the time the person cannot sleep because of indigestion, here a simple diet can help and not eating heavy food immediately before can help you to relax and sleep. In the evening take fresh air, go for walks, and keep the mind worry free.
You can help yourself relax by listening to good music or doing this simple exercise. You can close your right nostril and breathe through left four times take deep breathes. And try with the right nostril same thing this will help you relax. Do not take sleeping pills without the permission of a doctor.
If you are the person who easily gets nervous, it means you do not have control over your nerves and you let them go haywire. The nerves can give you a headache, backache and many other aches and pains. It may cause due to your surroundings, loss of a friend or a family member, or something you have fancied.
You will find that you will meet a number of men who are nervous, which means they have not control of their nerves, but let them run away with them. Sometimes this is shown in palpitation of the heart, headache, backache, and many other disorders. There may be a tendency to cry at trivial things, or a feeling of having troubles whatever the trouble is try getting out of that situation. You can try changing the scene for yourself or getting some nourishing foods to help you.
Most of the time a person does not realize why they are so nervous, here they can find out the reason for the same and take necessary action against it.
